Garlic Press As A Gel Food Feeder

Submited by:Lynda Von G

I've mentioned this in passing in other posts, but thought I'd put it here officially. My goldfish wouldn't eat the gel food if I gave it to them in too big of pieces. So, I spent a lot of time chopping up my gel food into small enough pieces that my goldfish would eat. Annoying. Then, it came to me! Garlic Press! Just cut off a cube of gel food, put it in the garlic press and squeeze! Use a knife to cut off the gel food "worms" that squish out and you have a perfect bite-sized meal! So fast and easy and the fish love it!
